Your roof is your biggest asset >

Having it cleaned will bring back the overall appearance of your home or business so it will look amazing once again.
Roof cleaning is not an easy job and should always be left to the professionals due to the slipperiness and the sheer danger if a fall may occur.  We are fully insured and height safety trained to get the job done to our professional standard.
If you're looking to have your roof cleaned there are a few things you should let us know in your quote process-
- Is your home 1, 2 or 3 storeys?
- Is your home colorbond tin roofing, painted tin roofing, tiled roofing       or post war terracotta roofing?
(We do not clean asbestos roofs under any circumstances)

We use a range of methods to secure ourselves to your roof:
1. Tin Roof Anchor
Picture
This is a temporary anchor point that is fixed to your roof.
We undo 5 existing screws & line the anchor up with the holes then fix it to your roof.
When our work is done we unscrew the anchor & refit the screws with new rubber washers to ensure no issues.
This anchor will not damage your roof in any way nor will we need to make any new holes in your tin when fitting.
It is the Australian Law that any contractor that comes to your home should follow these working at height safety regulations, if they don't you should have concerns.

2. Tiled Roof Rafter Lanyard
Picture
With a tiled roof, we need to lift a few tiles to find your main roof rafters so that we can safely attach our lanyard around it, no screwing or drilling needed.
Once attached we then close the roof back up so that no water can leak inside whilst working.
When our work is completed we will repeat the process and undo the lanyard & all tiles will be fitted back the way we found them.
This method is the safest way to attach to a tiled roof without any damage to tiles or guttering.
