Areas we cover with house washing >

​Our standard house wash includes:

• All exterior surfaces from the underside of the gutters to the ground 
• Windows/Screens are scrubbed and left streak free
• Window/Door frames and sills detailed
• Under entries and patios included 
• Roller doors & attached garages included​
• Get a bonus standard driveway clean for only $55.00 with any House Washed (standard size 12 x 4m)

​need other services done.  

Our Experience >

With years of house washing experience, our technique of soft broom house washing remains the same after all these years. Even the newer younger teams have been taught the 'old school' way.
We soft broom your homes exterior, ridding it of ants, spiders, mould, dirt and  grime leaving your external surfaces free from debris giving the exterior a fresher look and feel. ​
Having your house soft broom washed annually not only prolongs your paint work it also adds value to your homes street appeal!  ​

Our process on how your home will be washed >

​​1. We start by spraying our premixed Low Pressure Soapy Foam onto your gutters, eaves, windows and walls.

​​2. Your house will then be soft broom scrubbed by hand to remove any mould, grime and stains.

​​3. We then wash off all the exterior surfaces with a very low water pressure spray

​​4. Your home is then checked over for any stubborn grime or spots & rewashed if needed

​5. Your windows & screens are broomed with soapy water but if needed they can be professionally cleaned at an extra cost.

(If ladders or roof access is needed our contractors are all fully trained with Working Safely at Heights)

​Mixtures and what's needed for your home >
What we use:

• Our formulated Greenaway mixture is a concentrated solution and our service providers will be able to determine the mixture needed to get your home sparkling on the day of cleaning.
